The use and manipulation of our personal data is of enormous global concern and is currently one of the most talked about subjects in both academia and practice when discussing the digital economy and the internet. Most conversations surround privacy and security. However, there are many facets of personal data that need more robust discussion. Tomorrow evening’s session will deal with personal data in relation to freedom and rights, including access and property rights. The panel discussion will be chaired by Professor John Naughton.
